We produce workshops that facilitate the understanding of living in another country, including the current political and social issues, values, and educational system. We help people recognize the various ways in which culture influences communication styles, perceptions, values, attitudes and behaviors, and how these characteristics affect their work and personal experiences in the host county. It affords the opportunity to understand the various challenges and opportunities posed by an international relocation, and the steps they can take to manage the transition productively and effectively.
This a flexible program that runs from a few hours to a few days and can beheld at the site your convenience. We recommend that the number of participants not exceed 12 -15 per session. Participants an opportunity to heighten their cultural awareness and provides them with concepts and tools to better understand those of their colleagues from other cultures. More importantly, it will create more effective multicultural team, ultimately enhancing productivity.
