Services
We produce workshops that facilitate the understanding of living in another country, including the current political and social issues, values, and educational system. We help people recognize the various ways in which culture influences communication styles, perceptions, values, attitudes and behaviors, and how these characteristics affect their work and personal experiences in the host county. It affords the opportunity to understand the various challenges and opportunities posed by an international relocation, and the steps they can take to manage the transition productively and effectively.

This a flexible program that runs from  a few hours to a few days and can beheld at the site your convenience. We recommend that the number of participants not exceed 12 -15 per session.  Participants an opportunity to heighten their cultural awareness and provides them with concepts and tools to better understand those of their colleagues from other cultures. More importantly, it will create more effective multicultural team, ultimately enhancing productivity. Understand the cultural roots of the social, political, and educational system in the host country; Explore cultural beliefs, values, and views that are commonly associated with stereotypes and false assumptions Recognize and plan for the emotional challenges that face diverse or international teams, or expatriates and their families.
Participants Will:
  • Learn basic information about the host country, including history, government, economics and demographics necessary to understand daily news events and contribute to living and working with host nationals
  • Learn the basic information about the host country including education, arts, and social issues needed to understand interactions with host nationals and daily life
  • Recognize the ways culture influences perceptions, values, attitudes, communications, behavior daily life, and the practice of business
  • Understand basic host county values and recognize them in everyday life
  • Recognize how to avoid misunderstandings based on cultural differences
  • Learn how to communicate verbally and non-verbally with colleagues from other cultures
  • Understand their own cultural history and values and how these are likely to affect interaction with host nationals
  • Recognize the signs of culture shock in adults and children, and develop a plan for managing the transition to a new country
  •  Get answers to specific questions about living in this community
